Hello again.
Today was really fun. I woke up at 7:45 and quickly did some garden work before I biked to Mommy and Dawdy’s house. I took the cameras (plural because we just got a new wun) because they have some pretty burds around their place. But I didn’t really get any good pics. Mommy went to the hospital today. When I was there she said that “fleich iss yoosht die flue.” Must have been some flue to cause shallow breathing, heavy chest, fatigue, and arm pains. She was on the verge of a heart attack. Bummer. So I’m kinda getting myself ready for when she kicks the bucket.
Oh yeah… I touched a morning dove today… snuck up into a tree under its nest. really fun. :)
Mom is in the hospital yet till tomorrow. That means I have to do wash tomorrow. Whatever.

aaaand.
my cockatiels have SIXTEEN EGGS!!! wowzers. ok that really excites me. Ella is sitting on my back right now begging to be scratched... lol weird bird. :)

lilies and ferns

there's a wheat or barley field right below our house. I'm really enjoying it right now so I used the flowers for subjects.

Last night we had a class party. It was fun... sorta. I biked home and learned a valuable lesson. >ahem<
"If thou art biking home in the darkness of night, beware of little stakes poking out of the ground, lest happly thou shalt drive upon them unawares, and fly heels over teakettle into the midst of the highway." (Conrad 8:17)

So that wasn't very fun.

bye bye kids,

So today I had the honorable task of mishting out the horse stall. It was only 2.5 to 3 ft. deep at the worst spots. So that’s what kept me out of trouble all morning. Then after lunch I made a deal with Thomas and Jofus and Johnny that if they could make me wet I would have a water battle with them. LOL. It was great. So I was running around in the field trying to keep dry most of the early afternoon.
The youth are on tour so Conrad is doing everything Caleb normally does at Bens. I just keep chanting. payday payday payday payday. :)
I should probably go to Ben’s now.

I went biking today. It started out with just me, and in the end there were like four guys biking. I went to Leonard and James’ house and then we asked Dwayne if he wants to go with us. We biked to Smoketown airport to see if there’s any planes taking off. Oh yeah and this sinister soda machine went and ate Leonard’s dollar and didn’t give us any soda back… little rotter. So then we dropped Dwayne off at his house and then went to James house. And then I biked home… so that was fun.

This week Conrad is gonna be really busy cuz the youth are on tour. That means I milk in the morning and in the evening at Bens. I’m really looking forward to payday. : )

An Irish Blessing That’s Been Ringing in My Head

May the road rise up to meet you
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face
The rain fall soft upon your field
And until we meet again
May God hold you in the palm of his hand.

Ttyl guys,
